In the warmer months, guests enjoy hiking and exploring the mountain by stepping out the front door, where wildlife sightings are not uncommon! The area is full of streams and swimming holes for cooling off. And guests can make their hike complete with a picnic basket to enjoy along their way. Of course the Inn has its own inground heated swimming pool (open approximately July thru Labor Day) and a six-person Hotsprings hot tub (open year-round).

Because the inn is centrally located near so many popular Vermont towns (Burlington, Waterbury, and Stowe), “off mountain” activities abound.
